My lovely little Year 2/3 pupils
I'm so proud I was your teacher,
I've watched you learn and grow.
We worked so hard and had such fun,
How fast the time did go!
Our year was interrupted,
and it seemed too soon to part.
Just know that you will always
have a special place
within my heart! :)
Thank you all so much for making home-learning an enjoyable experience for me!
A huge thank you for my beautiful gifts and card - I absolutely love them.
You have been superstars and I feel so lucky to have taught you lovely lot even if our time got cut short!
Stay safe and well over the holidays!
Have lots of fun, you all deserve it.
P.S - I will upload the class photo soon xx
It is your last week in Year 2/3 - I can't believe it. I have absolutely loved being your teacher so thank you all for being amazing. It is such a shame our time together got cut short.
Your tasks this week will be a bit different.
⚠️ ⚠️ THE IMPORTANT TASK ⚠️ ⚠️
As I posted the announcement on Seesaw last week asking for the final Bitmoji characters. I am still waiting for the final few.
Therefore, the task is to get these people to get their Bitmoji characters done.
This weeks tasks;
1. Play a game with your family
2. Read a book
3. Watch a film
4, Record a music video/youtube video and share it on see-saw
4. Do a chore/Help with a task around the house
5. Create a list of activities you want to do this summer
6. Do something fun outside and send a photo on seesaw
8. Finish any uncompleted activities on see-saw - maybe one you wouldn't necessarily try.
There is an activity on Seesaw asking if you have any worries or questions about coming back to school or going into Year 3 or 4 will stay on there, so please don't hesitate to ask anything and I will do my best to answer. ⁉️
Lastly, thank you all so much for your amazing efforts during home schooling. All of you have been fantastic and it has made my job so enjoyable.
Big thank you to all the parents/guardians for your efforts too.
Anything you need please don't hesitate to contact me.
Have a lovely week!
Miss Wood xx
I hope you are all still enjoying the home learning.
We had a fabulous week back in school last week with 6 of the boys from our class. They were fantastic!
I am looking forward to seeing more of you today. I am sure we will have lots of fun! :)
I have uploaded quite a bit of work this week.
This is because Jack wanted to learn about The Vikings and Lillie wanted to learn about WWII.
So I have given you options of what you would like to do.
PLEASE don't feel like you need to complete all the work this week.
I will not be uploading as much work next week with it being the last week of term.
So please feel free to do this week over two weeks.
Work is uploaded in the usual places.

Please send me videos this week of you practising at least one of your times tables that you struggle with and reading a book of your choice.
I hope you all enjoy this weeks activities and I am looking forward to seeing more this week. :)
If you have any questions you want to ask like the other teachers have done. Please comment in the comments below!
Isn't it crazy that we're at half term again?!
Once again, thank you doesn't cover the amount of effort you have put into your work this week.
With next week being half term, I would love for you to enjoy the sunshine (if we get it), have a week off and relax. You have all worked really hard and you deserve a rest!
If you would like to complete any work, there are lots of activities still on see-saw that you can still access and complete.
Also, feel free to share on see-saw any of the fun activities you get up to next week with your family!
This is not expected only if you would like too.
My next blog post with new work will be uploaded on Sunday 31st May.
That just leaves me to say have a fun and safe half term!
A HUGE well done to you all!
Miss you all lots

Note to Parents - You're doing great!
Just a little message for all the parents who are all doing such an amazing job! Please do not worry if your child is not completing everything. I upload enough work for the week so the children have a choice of what they would like to complete.
I am very aware of how difficult home-schooling must be so please do not worry if they are not completing everything each week.
They are all doing an AMAZING job as are you. The work is always there to come back to if you wish to do so!
Thank you all for your continued support, lovely messages and hard work!
